Individual Therapy:
I offer individual therapy sessions exclusively through an online platform, providing care to individuals across Ontario and British Columbia.
This virtual format allows us to create a consistent and private therapeutic container from the comfort of your own space. My approach integrates somatic awareness and depth-oriented reflection, ensuring that the transition to an online environment remains deeply personal, safe, and effective.
Individual sessions are 60 minutes in length at a rate of $200 per hour.
For those committed to a deeper period of exploration, a four session package is available at a discounted rate of $720.
Psychedelic Integration:
This specialized service provides a structured and safe container for individuals seeking to process and ground the insights gained from non-ordinary state experiences. My approach as a Registered Nurse ensures that clinical safety and medical screening are at the forefront of every stage of the process.
The Integration Journey is offered as:
Two preparation sessions (60 minutes each) dedicated to intention setting, medical safety screening, and establishing a foundation of somatic grounding.
One medicine journey (approximately 8 hours) with dedicated clinical presence and support throughout the day.
Three integration sessions (60 minutes each) to begin the process of understanding, processing, and embodying the insights of your experience.
Total Investment: $2,400
This package is designed to support one complete therapeutic arc. Following the completion of this journey, many clients choose to continue their process through individual therapy sessions at the standard hourly rate.
